Returns Policy
30-day money-back guarantee (not including shipping and handling) on all products. Merchandise must be received by Ken’s Kollectibles no later than 30 days from the date on sales invoice. All product and paperwork must be returned in original condition, in similar packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customer must send e-mail or call to inform of return; no Return Materials Authorization is necessary.
